Advanced Course in Printmaking and Fine Art Printing 2026/2027
The Alimondo Ciampi Foundation is pleased to support, together with Fondazione CR Firenze and Fondazione Livorno, the scholarship program promoted by Fondazione Il Bisonte – for the Study of Graphic Arts.
The initiative offers 12 scholarships for participation in the Advanced Course in Printmaking and Fine Art Printing at the International School of Printmaking Il Bisonte in Florence.
The course
The training program offers the opportunity to study and practice the main traditional and experimental techniques of printmaking and fine art hand printing, while also providing the skills needed to independently manage a printmaking studio.
The program includes:
- traditional and experimental intaglio printmaking
- woodcut
- mezzotint
- engraving
- lithography
- typography
- intensive workshops
- meetings with artists and professionals in the field
- final exhibition at the Fondazione Il Bisonte gallery
A high-level training program dedicated to the art of printmaking
and fine art printing, in one of Florence’s historic centers
for graphic arts.
Dates and venue
Classes will take place from September 21, 2026 to June 11, 2027, Monday through Friday, from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm.
